The process for obtaining school transcripts
Transcript Office Location
The transcript office is located in the Student Services office, adjacent to Subschool 3.

Tuesday | 7:45am - 3:20pm
Wednesday | 7:45am - 3:20pm
Thursday | 7:45 am - 12:00pm
Transcript Request Deadline Dates & Fees for current students
Transcripts must be requested about 30 days before the college application deadline. Seniors should refer to the Transcript Request form for specific dates and deadlines. (Transcript request forms and details are posted on the Student Services Post-Grad Planning Site.
When it comes to requesting a transcript, please keep the following information in mind:
The first three college transcripts are free. No postage is required. For every transcript after three, there is a $5 charge per transcript payable in advance. All transcript fees should be paid through the www.myschoolbucks.com. Transcripts will NOT be sent until fees are paid. There is no fee for scholarship transcript requests.
Transcript forms can be found on the transcripts tab of the Student Services Post-Grad Planning Site.
Completed transcripts forms should be dropped off by the student to the Transcript Office during their office hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays (open until 12pm on Thursdays).
ACT/SAT Score Requests
It is the student’s responsibility to have all test scores sent directly to each college. Visit the websites below to have your scores sent.

Letters of Recommendation
Current Seniors: If you need a counselor recommendation, the Counselor Recommendation Packet was due in June of your junior year. If you did not submit a packet to your counselor in time, then please contact them directly for follow up steps.
Other Current Students: If you need a counselor recommendation letter for a summer program or scholarship, contact your counselor for a recommendation form.
Post-Graduate Transcript Requests
Recent graduates (within the last 5 years) may request a transcript by completing and submitting this form below. Payment of $5 per transcript should be paid through MySchoolBucks using the guest link.
Graduated/Attended More Than 5 years Ago
Student records are kept at Chantilly High School for 5 years. To obtain records more than 5 years ago, please contact FCPS by following the procedures linked below.
