Transcript Request Deadline Dates & Fees
Transcripts must be requested about 30 days before the college application deadline. Seniors should refer to the Transcript Request form for specific dates and deadlines.
When it comes to requesting a transcript, please keep the following information in mind:
Transcript forms can be downloaded from the Document Library in Family Connection. (Students can access Family Connection via FCPS 24-7/Blackboard online: fcps.blackboard.com). This form must be signed by both you and a parent/guardian and submitted before any records can be released to a college, employer or scholarship organization.
The first three college transcripts are free. No postage is required. For every transcript after three, there is a $5 charge per transcript payable in advance. Transcripts will NOT be sent until the fee is paid.

It is the student’s responsibility to have all test scores sent directly to each college. Visit the websites below to have your scores sent.
