On Wednesday, after two days of competition, Charger Varsity Golf captured their 7th district title in 8 years! All 6 golfers and their coach, Kurt Sporkmann, kept their cool in a competition with 5 schools in the Concorde district and turned in a winning effort!

At the end of day 1, led by golfer Sam Jung (70), Heather Donnelly (77) and Steven Walsh (77), the Chargers led their closest opponent, Madison, by 5 strokes.  A strong day two, again led by Sam Jung (73), Steven Walsh (77) and Jason Miers (78) resulted in a district title.

Sam Jung won the individual overall title.  2nd place went to Danielle Suh from Westfield and third place was Aaron Liu from Madison.
